Mr. Fellows joined Holly Street Communications, Inc. as Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technical Officer.

With over 21 years experience in technology and start-up ventures, Mr. Fellows holds two patents (one in Fiber Optic Systems and one in medical instruments) and brings extensive Hardware development and Project Management experience to Holly Street Communications.

Before joining Holly Street Communications, Inc. Mr. Fellows previous role was President of Management Techniques, a Design Engineering Consultancy, Chief Engineer at Fiber Network Engineering, Chief Engineer at C-COR Electronics, Senior Hardware Engineer at Sun Microsystems, and as Product Engineer at Quante Corporation, Applied Beam Technology, and Laserscope.
